Chef Jan is back again this year supporting the Surrey Firefighter’s annual Ignite a Dream charity event!

“An elegant evening of wine tasting, craft beer and culinary treats. Proceeds from this cocktail social will provide educational opportunities for youth in Surrey who have shown great resiliency in overcoming adversity.”

It’s an excellent charity event and Chef Jan has been a part of this event for years representing Jan’s on the Beach Restaurant, and now the tradition carries on as Chef Jan, owner operator of West Coast Culinary Creations.
